Participation in this workshop is voluntary.

The Mid-Year Reset Workshop is intended for personal growth, reflection, goal-setting, and educational purposes only. It is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. Participation in this workshop is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical treatment.

I am responsible for my own decisions, actions, and results before, during, and after the workshop.

Registration fees are subject to the Cancellation Policy outlined below.

I grant permission for Healing Heartwood to send me workshop-related communications regarding this event.

I understand that any personal information shared by participants during the workshop should be treated with respect and confidentiality. While Healing Heartwood will foster a safe and supportive environment, confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the workshop will receive a full refund, less any processing fees.

• Cancellations made 7–13 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable.

• If the event is canceled by Healing Heartwood, participants will receive a full refund.

• If a participant is unable to attend, they may contact Healing Heartwood to discuss transferring their registration to a future workshop, subject to availability.

Photo & Media Release

I understand that photographs and/or video may be taken during the workshop. By participating, I grant Healing Heartwood permission to use photographs, video recordings, and other media that may include my likeness for educational, marketing, promotional, and business purposes, including use on websites, social media platforms, email communications, and future workshop materials.

If I prefer not to be photographed or recorded, I will notify the facilitator prior to the start of the workshop, and reasonable efforts will be made to honor my request.
